Lease Term
The lease shall be 12 month from date of signing.(Termination is possible after 6month by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice.)
Care of Artwork
The Lessee agrees to:
Maintain the artwork in a safe, secure, and climate-appropriate environment.
Not alter, repair, or move the artwork without the Artist's written consent.
Lessee is responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear.
Insurance
The Lessee is responsible for maintaining insurance coverage equal to the stated value of the artwork during the lease term or assumes full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.
Ownership
The artwork remains the sole property of the Artist/ArteVue at all times. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.
Purchase Option (Optional)
Should the Lessee choose to purchase the artwork during the lease term, the Artist may credit the total paid leasing fee toward the purchase price.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
